Hi Eve! Tell us, how many years have you been in the real estate world?
“My real estate career began 20 years ago in New York City, where I managed a family business and later headed the entire rental division at an investment firm. Upon returning to Israel, I joined RE/MAX Israel as an agent recruiter and subsequently managed assets and projects at Bulthaup Investments-Israel. These past few years have been my favorite because I’ve found my home at Home Market.”
Where does your connection to real estate come from?
“I’m in love with talking to people and the constant dynamics of this field, where no two days are ever the same. Of course, there’s that ‘addictive’ feeling of satisfaction when a seller is genuinely happy with the work done for them.”
Which area of the city do you connect with most?
“The City Center (Lev HaIr), the area where I grew up. It always feels like home—the architectural style, the preserved buildings, the small streets and alleys, Carmel Market, Neve Tzedek, the Nahalat Binyamin pedestrian mall, and the proximity to Tel Aviv’s beaches. I highly recommend it to any client looking to move back to the city after raising a family elsewhere, or for those seeking ‘getaway’ apartments. Lev HaIr is like Manhattan’s Greenwich Village. The location is simply perfect! You can feel the young energy, walk everywhere, sit at amazing restaurants and cafes, and at the end of the day, relax in front of the sunset at the beach.”
