Hey Adam! How long have you been in real estate?
“I’ve been drawn to this world since I was a kid — reading, researching, standing in front of buildings trying to figure out what made each one unique. I always knew I’d end up here. That said, I think part of me kept putting it off, telling myself there was still plenty of time. When I got close to 30, I realized I had to stop waiting and get into the field I love. I got my first real taste of the industry in Haifa, where I grew up, and used that time to figure out who I was as a professional. A few years ago I made the move to Tel Aviv — and I’m not going anywhere.”
What part of the job are you most connected to?
“The teamwork. The dynamic between younger and more experienced agents here is unlike anything I’ve come across elsewhere — it creates this winning combination of raw energy and deep know-how. That kind of collaboration is something I genuinely love about this place.”
Is there a neighborhood in Tel Aviv that feels like yours?
“I love Tel Aviv as a whole, so it’s hard to pick just one — but if you’re pushing me, I’d say Florentin. It’s one of the most special neighborhoods in the country, in my opinion. The urban transformation it’s gone through over the last decade is remarkable. The young community that gravitates there from all over Israel gives it color and energy. The street art, the bars, the smell of spices in the air. In many ways, I think of Florentin as Tel Aviv in miniature — liberal, vibrant, and endlessly interesting.”
Is there a deal that stands out from the rest?
“The one I’m most proud of was selling an off-plan apartment in the Old North. I walked a young Tel Aviv couple through their very first purchase — a home they could only see in renderings and blueprints at the time. Knowing they put their trust in me for something that significant meant a lot.”
Any advice for future buyers?
“Understand where the market is heading at any given moment — and then simply have the courage to act.”
