Hey Dror! How long have you been in real estate?
“Fifteen years, and I enjoy it just as much as I did at the start. Before joining Home Market I ran my own real estate company and served as head of training and education at the Greater Tel Aviv brokers association. The moment I came here, I knew I was in the right place.”
What part of the job do you love most?
“The closing. When everyone sits down to sign and walks out smiling, knowing they were taken care of the whole way through. That moment never gets old.”

“The area around Habima, right in the heart of the city. There’s an energy there, a sense of flow and beauty, like everything moves around it in perfect rhythm.”
Is there a deal that stands out?
“A private home that had been sitting on the market for two years. The owner was reluctant to work with an agent, but after a long courtship he agreed to give me exclusivity. Within a week I had a buyer, a couple I’d been working with for two years who were looking for exactly that kind of property. Neither side knew the other existed. That deal said everything about what a good agent can do when they truly know their clients.”
Any advice for future buyers?
“Buying a home is the biggest financial decision most people will ever make. It requires expertise and knowledge that most buyers simply don’t have, and that’s completely fine. Let the professionals find you the right deal, safely and confidently.”
